Onward Kids offers great incentives for Onward Helpers – and a wide variety of times for moms and dads to participate! Onward Helpers play a major role in each of our sales and are always needed. Signing up early as a Onward Helpers will give you a greater chance of getting a shift of your choice. Our Onward Helpers will help with drop off days, consignor presale, check out, straighten items on floor, or post sale re-sorting. Only the Registered Consignor on the account is permitted to help at the sale.

Consignors who sign-up and complete their time slot will increase their percentage of commission.
With a base of 65%, you can increase your consignment commission.
NEW for FALL 2023: 1st shift earns you a MVH (Most Valuable Helper) Shopping Pass.
1st helper shift worked gives you a pass to shop the earliest time possible, after your first shift earn more below.
2 hours = 2.5%
4 hours = 5%
6 hours = 7.5%
8 hours = 10%
10 hours = 12.5%
12 hours = 15%
We ask that Onward Helpers arrive 10 minutes before their shift begins. This will allow for sign in, get instructions and ask questions. Children are not allowed during Onward Helpers shifts.
If you are consigning as well as helping at the sale, your shifts may not overlap. You will not be allowed to check-in your items during your shift. No Exceptions.
*If you register to consign and help out and DO NOT drop off, you will be removed from your shift. You must consign to help.*
No-Show Penalty:
As parent’s we sometimes do not control our own schedule especially when your children are active in sports and groups. We understand that because of this, you may not be able to fulfill your commitment to work the shift you signed up for. However, if you are a consignor and are scheduled to help but do not show for your shift, your consigning percentage that you will receive will drop to 35% (you will receive only 35% of your items that sell instead of 65%).
